Years 4 to 6 are are all about consolidating key skills in literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving. Pupils deepen their understanding across the curriculum and are encouraged to take more responsibility for their learning.

A time of growing independence. Pupils begin applying their skills to more complex tasks and start to develop their own learning habits.  

Greater focus is placed on preparation for upper years, with opportunities for leadership and enrichment.
